Change Process Management

The Pave-A-Dirt court self help project presents a confluence of factors that will likely drive communities towards advancing change processes needed to break the poverty cycle. The psychological impact of utilizing available basic resources to advance monumental change not only helps communities develop confidence in overcoming limitations but more importantly enhances their self esteem that can translate into lifetime skills. Advancing behavior modification for underserved children requires a series of catalysts that work together including a synergistic approach to problem solving, gender balanced systems, tolerance and embracing change.

Closing The Gender Gap

Gender disparities across underprivileged communities continue to deprive equal opportunities for girls. Closing the gender disparity gap & increasing gains for young girls is crucial for establishing socio-economic balance that communities need to achieve prosperity & stability. Our youth sports program gives girls equal participation & leadership opportunities that helps them develop self confidence necessary to overcome social challenges goal getters.

Next Generation Communities

Organized sports efforts are benefitting children through the promotion of teamwork, building initiative, & developing a sense of belonging to their community. The program's goal is for children to extrapolate lifetime skills such as persistence, teamwork, goal setting, leadership, and character development which potentially translate into academic excellence. Sowing the seeds of volunteerism & community service among the youth is a strategic path to building communities geared for the future. Working with local teachers as coaches & mentors aligns the program with intellectual resources that provide a sense of guidance children can be vulnerable with.

Redefining the role played by girls in the community is an important step towards paving the way for them to reach their full potential. Our youth sports program gives girls equal participation & leadership opportunities that helps them develop self confidence necessary to overcome social challenges. Communities must shoulder the responsibility to change the perception of girls.

Community Engagement

Fostering program longevity means forging strategic partnerships with community leaders. We seek local "champions" that share a common vision & passion for youth sport development. Our goal is to get a foot in the door by creating buy in within the communities. Once we get them on board the program, we become strategically positioned to initiate the change process needed to influence decision making process.

Positive Values of Sport

A unique way to encourage program participants to learn & enjoy sport is to equip them with basic sports gear. Research shows that children draw self esteem from a wide range of factors including actively participating in a sports program with appropriate gear. Participants that are actively involved in our sports program get to keep the sneakers they receive.

Social Welfare Initiative

Communities are typically more receptive to new thought processes if they are convinced that their social welfare will somewhat improve. Addressing social challenges affecting communities in a youth sport based positive reinforcement way helps launch the change process & further advance behavior modification. The comprehensive set of deliverables that our program offers play a significant role in the day to day functionality of the community. Low innovation & impactful developmental initiatives are changing the way communities approach challenges in life.

Early Intervention

Starting the behavior modification process at an early age for children is the path of least resistance that guarantees long term winning strategy. Strong partnerships with rural schools paves the way for accessing children in a safe and fun environment. Additionally, teaching children proper fundamentals will transform then into well rounded world athletes . Besides learning sports, the program continues to give children the self confidence that translates into academic performance.

Working with teachers provides children with mentors that they can be vulnerable with plus the the added security. Teachers already command a significant level of authority in the community needed to administer sports programs for kids. They also present a tangible trained resource, endorsed by the local authority.
