Every year we host the annual Dr Jack Ramsay Grassroots Basketball Development fund raising event in Indianapolis, Indiana to support sport development programs on the ground in Zimbabwe. Proceeds from the event go towards shipping sports equipment from the USA, infrastructure development, coaching & officials clinics for rural schools.

    Indianapolis, Indiana, Every year AOUSA partners with the local sports businesses, organizations, families, & individuals to gather gently used sports gear from the US to Africa. We partner with Indiana Soccer, Connecticut Attack Basketball & Indy Eleven in our collection drive,

  • The Pave-A-Court Fundraising Dinner

    Indianapolis, Indiana, The Pave-A-Court fundraising dinner will be held at a private venue in Indianapolis. The goal is to raise $1500.00 to go towards construction of a basketball court for children at Denzva Primary School, Zimbabwe as part of the Dr. Jack Ramsay Grassroots Basketball Development Initiative.

  • The Rukweza Soccer Development Clinic, Zimbabwe

    Makoni Rural District, Zimbabwe; In collaboration with Indiana Soccer, Africa Outreach USA national soccer director, Clifford Tswatswa will host a soccer clinic for volunteer coaches at Rukweza School in Makoni District, Zimbabwe. Please watch this space for details.

  • The Micah Lancaster, I'm Possible Camp

    Windsor, Connecticut: Courtesy of Chris & Cristina Ramsay & the folks at Connecticut Attack Basketball, Africa Outreach USA staff had a unique opportunity to participate in the two day basketball skills training camp. The objective is to pass on the skills we learnt to volunteer coaches and children on the ground in Zimbabwe sometime in June 2016.
